Dr. Bach's floral preparations

It was a discovery for me that in one of the detox centers of Koh Samui there is a unique specialist who helps to choose the right therapeutic formula for a flower preparation according to To Edward Bach for himself or his children.

Flower formulas work very well for children and help solve problems such as sleep disorders, allergies, hyperactivity, poor learning ability, all kinds of behavioral deviations, and are also recommended for use in life situations such as parents’ divorce, a child’s fear of separation, the birth of a second child in the family, etc. In addition, pets (cats and dogs) are extremely sensitive to these products.

So what is the uniqueness of the “magic” preparations of the English homeopath?

Back in the early 20th century, Edward Bach classified emotions into 7 main groups (fears, despair, sensitivity to external influences, indecision, unwillingness to live for today, loneliness, suffering for others). Next, he identified 38 negative manifestations of these feelings and selected a flower medicine – an “antidote” for each of them. He also created a special – 39 remedy, which he called life-saving, it should be used in an emergency situation caused by shock, stress and severe life shocks.

Here are just some emotional problems that can be corrected with the help of certain flower essences:
Mimulus flower essence (sponge) is used to treat fears of any origin (including crowds, loneliness, death, cold, etc.). After applying this essence, a person becomes bolder and begins to understand other people’s fears.

Larch flower essence is used for low self-esteem and self-doubt, and oak flower essence is recommended for chronic fatigue, inability to relax and “workaholic” syndrome.

Holly essence helps to overcome envy, suspicion, anger and jealousy and feel loved. And the flower essence of gentian helps to overcome depression and despondency, especially after a long illness.

Nowadays, Bach infusions under the trademark “Healing Herbs” are produced by the pharmaceutical company “Nelson”.

Having developed 38 floral infusions, Edward Bach came to the conclusion that the work was completed, and in his will forbade the development of new floral remedies, since in his opinion 38 preparations already cover the entire spectrum of human feelings and emotions. However, this prohibition has already been repeatedly violated.

During the reception of the infusion, a person experiences a feeling that he reaches psychological balance on his own.
