Program Description
A mandatory preparation program before starting any detox program. Allows you to properly “tune” the body to the cleansing processes. Gently rebuilds the type of nutrition and smoothly starts the process of removing toxins. Increases efficiency, reduces the level of side effects and minimizes the stress of any subsequent detox programs.
The program includes:
- Accommodation for 4 nights
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the “Live food” system. A selection of dishes from the menu in the restaurant.
- 2 liver cleansing drinks per day
- 1 herbal sauna session per day
- 1 water balance restoring drink per day
- 1 detox massage per day
- 1 yoga class per day
- Initial wellness consultation with removal of biometric data
- Attending group fitness classes according to the schedule
- Free access to the swimming pool, steam room, fitness studio and mini-cinema
- Transfer Koh Samui Airport-hotel and back

The program “Exit from detox”

Program Description
The final mandatory program after passing the detox program of any level. It helps the body to enter into the mainstream of everyday life without stress, preserving and consolidating the results of detox. Gently rebuilds the digestive processes for daily meals and helps restore the intestinal microflora after hydrocolonotherapy sessions.
The program includes:
- Accommodation for 2 nights
- 4 meals. Raw food or vegetarian option. Menu selection in the restaurant.
- Freshly squeezed juices for liver cleansing, restorative drinks and fruit juices
- 1 yoga lesson per day
- 1 massage per day (2 stretch massages and 1 detox massage)
- Probiotic supplements for the restoration of intestinal microflora
- Final detox consultation with recommendations at home
- Attending group fitness classes according to the schedule
